Of course you can, to a point. You can cancel right up until your order goes into production. The amount of time between placing an order and producing an order does vary with time of day and order volume so we may not be able to cancel every order. You'll receive an email when your order goes into production and when your order has shipped, complete with tracking information.
Obviously TilePix are custom printed for every customer but, if you do need to cancel your order after it has been produced, no problem! We'll attempt to re-route the order back to the factory if possible. If we cannot re-route it, we'll provide you with instructions on where to return it. Once we have confirmed re-routing, we'll issue a full refund less 30% for return shipping and restocking.
